For this unique apartment that looks out across the cathedral in the very heart of Antwerp city centre, Pieter Porters went about doing what he does best: in his own inimitable way, he infuses life into the interior, with the aid of high-quality materials, timeless furniture pieces and exquisite fabrics. Precisely because the occupants were after a stylish interior which simultaneously looked homely as well as stylishly lived in, Pieter decided on Dauby’s craftsmanship in designing the bathroom. The furniture knobs in britannium from the Giara collection are the gilding on the lily of this rustic style turnkey project.

In addition, the britannium, which is a silver and tin alloy, lends a further dimension to what are already unique furniture knobs: over time, the patina grows even duller, producing that genuine lived-in look.
