For this unique residential farmhouse in the small bucolic village of Anna Paulowna, Boudewijn Hosmus Keukenambacht supplied a made-to-measure fitted kitchen with a keen eye for detail. Things to look out for in this sleek rustic style kitchen include the black powder-coated furniture knobs which add a touch of romance and nostalgia.

Rustic kitchen project in a modern style

The artisanal kitchen of this authentic farmhouse home exudes a welcoming atmosphere that offers a real sense of homecoming. The minute you step inside, you find that nostalgia need not be synonymous with dull and old-fangled materials and shapes.

The brushed oakwood was combined with a Belgian bluestone composite worktop and a striped kitchen sink. The oakwood was subsequently finished with dark grey oil ensuring an even, rustic ensemble. And to make sure everything was just right, it was decided to go for black powder-coated furniture knobs from Dauby’s Créations du Fer collection. The BT284 furniture fittings are the perfect finishing touch in this welcoming living kitchen.

The Créations du Fer collection adds a characterful touch to the sleek country style kitchen of this home. CDF is all about time-honoured, original models, strictly crafted in solid iron. For the kitchen project of this residential farmhouse, AA+ decided on Black (N).
