Dauby will always keep the sharing of your Personal Data to a minimum. Our employees and the third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling your order, circulating our newsletter, storing and processing your Personal Data, answering your questions, sending content to you, and optimising our Website.
Dauby never shares or sells your Personal Data with/to commercial partners.

6. Transfer of Personal Data to countries outside the EEA
In principle, Dauby does not transfer your Personal Data to countries outside the EEA. However, it is possible that Dauby – through its Sub/Processors – will pass on your Personal Data to other countries within/outside the EEA. If less stringent protection of Personal Data applies in a specific country, rather than the protection applied within the EEA, Dauby will ensure that an equal level of protection is applied (e.g. by entering into an agreement with the processor located in a country outside the EEA).

Dauby stores your Personal Data in its own databases and/or in the databases of its (Sub) Processors. When you place an order or visit your Dauby account, one of the most modern technologies is used; the Secure Socket Layer (for more information click here). A list of these (Sub) Processors can always be requested from Dauby.
8. How will my Personal Data be protected?
Dauby has put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures, safeguards, and guarantees to process your Personal Data in accordance with the applicable Belgian and European regulations, and in particular, although not limited to, the protection of your Personal Data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised modifications. Dauby uses a team of technicians, automated systems, and advanced technology.
Dauby will use its best endeavours to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Data.
Despite Dauby’s foregoing measures, you should be aware that there are always risks associated with the submitting of Personal Data over the Internet. The security and protection of your Personal Data can never be fully guaranteed.

9. What are my rights?

- A confirmation from Dauby about whether or not your Personal Data will be processed and, if applicable, you may access the Personal Data that will be processed;

Insofar as, and to the extent provided for in the applicable Belgian and European regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event that the processing of your Personal Data breaches the applicable regulations. Dauby may modify this Statement at any time. Modifications will be published on the Website so that you are kept informed at all times of the information Dauby collects, how Dauby uses this information, and how Dauby shares this information.
Modified versions of this Statement shall take effect ten (10) days following their publication on the Website, and shall be submitted for approval at any time as necessary.
11. Authorisation for release
You acknowledge, confirm, and expressly consent to Dauby disclosing your Personal Data when required to do so by law, or where Dauby determines in good faith that such disclosure is required in order to:

- Enforce Dauby’s general terms and conditions;

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction clause
This Statement shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with Belgian law, which applies exclusively in the event of any dispute.
The Belgian courts of the Antwerp jurisdiction are exclusively competent to rule on any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or implementation of this Statement, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring a dispute before the competent court on the basis of any binding legal provision.
